Having a close look at the apartment’s floorplan (over all 102 sqm, 2nd floor, south-westerly direction) you will find hardly any right angles. This design caresses the eye and there are always new details to be discovered. This a „non-smoker’s apartment”. The method of construction is notedly solid and top quality. The complete floor is laid with sand coloured, high fired floor tiles. Floor and ceiling are extremely high soundproof – you won’t hear any noise from above or below.

On closer inspection of the apartment’s floorplan you will notice that – besides a short part of the kitchen wall which is associated with the neighbour’s kitchen – all the walls are exterior walls. This will give you – together with the double-glazed windows – maximized tranquillity. The terrace doors are made of high class massive wood, as well as the inner doors and the cabinet doors.

Heating and cooling is provided by a hidden mounted air conditioning system (equipment is apartment-owner’s property), the bathroom is heated by an additional electrical ribbed radiator. Here you will find the boiler (150 liters), too. By the way: water pressure is generated in the house – so you don’t have any lack of water pressure in cases of high water consumption (which you will find so often in Spain…).

TV and Radio are received via cable-system (about 100 international stations. Encoded stations possible – to be paid extra).
